How far has Ink Different grown?

We started with one location. Today the Traditional Tattoo Apprenticeship is available at 50+ studios across the United States, covering communities that previously had little to no access to professional tattoo education. That footprint keeps growing, and every new location means another open door.

What kind of Mentors will you learn from?

One of the things we are most proud of is the quality of Mentorship inside our tattoo apprenticeship. Our Mentors are not just experienced Tattoo Artists. They are professionals who are genuinely invested in the growth of every Tattoo Apprentice they train. That culture of real mentorship, rather than gatekeeping, is something we have built deliberately over 15 years.

What is the Master Mentorship Program?

For working Tattoo Artists ready to push their craft further, we built the Master Mentorship Program. This advanced, in-person experience connects Tattoo Artists with some of the most recognized names in the industry, including Master Mentors Al Fliction, Liz Cook, and Kyle Dunbar, among 17 world-renowned Tattoo Artists in total.

These are the Tattoo Artists whose work defines careers. Getting direct access to their knowledge and feedback used to come down to luck and connections. We turned it into a program.

Is there support for Spanish-speaking artists?

Tattoo education should not have a language barrier. That is why Ink Different built dedicated support for Spanish-speaking artists across many of our locations. Making this career accessible means meeting artists where they are.
