They both gave me all the time that we needed to have a perfect outcome and a fantastic experience. Everyone in the shop is friendly and helpful. I have researched everything in NYC - I came upon this shop this month and felt welcome right away. The person at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable; no one was pushy. The atmosphere is so inclusive, artists are of different ethnicities and gender - wow! what a difference compared to what's out there. I looked at some of the artists' designs; impressive. I have some friends overseas who want to become apprentices here. They spoke to several people at BAS about it and were treated great - no one was pushy. I am thrilled they will have this chance to be in nyc and study with BAS. Thank you BAS! This review below makes no sense to me - I guess some people are always unhappy
